Two decades of experience across strategic consulting, qualitative research, facilitation/training, business management and marketing communications, that spans industries including food/beverage, personal care, health care, financial services, retail, e-commerce. She’s lived and worked in the US, South East Asia, and the Middle East, with experience in other global markets including North Asia, India, China, and Australia.
Mark commenced his career as a young soldier in the Australian Army. He rose through the ranks learning the importance of teamwork and planning in an outcome focused culture. In 2000, he joined a leading US Professional Service Organization as their Director of Learning and Education, based in Thailand. It was in this role that he first questioned the difference between corporate words and corporate actions. This became an area of intense interest.
In 2003, he launched his own company, Executive Talent Management Australia Pty Ltd to continue his study of management and staff across several leading Australian organizations. The work quickly spread overseas to a number of Asia and Middle East organizations culminating in 2010 when Mark accepted a 4 year full time role as the Head of Learning & Development for the World’s Leading Airline. These four years gave him the opportunity to validate his theories on why cultures say one thing and do another.
Dr Yvonne Sum CSP has a gift. She draws executives deep into their inner essence to hyper-drive their ‘next practice’ skills in acceleration and be future-ready. Yvonne honed this gift through her own agile journey: as a dentist, RAAF officer, certified Meta-Coach and Outthinker, leadership speaker, Australian television presenter, author, corporate expat, business partner, wife and mother of two.
Dr Sum is a published international author on leadership and strategy that crosses the contexts of home and work. Her work includes disruptive strategies and leadership coaching to excite intrapreneurship, organizational culture and hence, performance.
After years in the theater and having taught at all academic levels, Warren has merged his theatre passion with corporate training to create innovative creative thinking programs. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre.
Mark coins the term “learning design evangelist” in relation to his passion in seeking more innovative methods in learning design & facilitation. He possesses a Masters in Training & Development from Griffith University in Australia and had completed his Bachelor of Science in Travel Industry Management, majoring in Hospitality Management.
Mark has held the positions of Country Trainer in Louis Vuitton Singapore and Training & Development Manager at National Council of Social Service (Social Service Institute). He has trained in numerous diverse industries from petrochemicals, logistics to hotels and continues in focusing his energies and passion in the transferal of practical knowledge & skills and attitudinal modification.
Katarina has more than 15 years of professional experience across most of the sub-sectors of energy, including energy efficiency, renewable energy, power, water and natural gas. She currently works with private sector clients, enabling their innovation and market entry into clean energy markets in South East Asia, Middle East and Central Asia. She founded EnRupt, the energy company of the future, and is supporting the transformation of the energy sector to be closer to the customer, using cleaner, renewable sources, and leveraging digital technologies. She is supporting this transformation by building partnerships between young, innovative startups and corporations.
Lawrence is an Educator, Facilitator and Trainer with a flair for bridging difficult concepts to the masses. He specializes in Personal Effectiveness, Innovation Management, Storytelling and Team Building. His ability to converse and train in English and Mandarin gives him an edge over the other trainers in the local market.
Lawrence has trained for the following organizations: AIA, Manulife, Genesis Pure, CapitaMalls Asia, Raffles City, Tetra Pak, MediaCorp, Global Foundries, Caterpillar, Singapore Technologies, Singapore Armed Forces, APM Terminals, PropNex and many others. He graduated in the top 10% of his cohort of a total of 303 trainees from over 125 countries worldwide in A.P. Moller-Maersk A/S Group headquartered in Denmark. He has also worked in higher management at the regional headquarters in functions like Sales, Operations and Procurement.
Peter is a communication consultation and presentation Coach. Since 2012, Peter has been coaching startup founders to prepare their pitch to investors at Demo Days and investor meetings. He has also been coaching communication and presentation skills to individuals and groups from businesses and organisations.
Peter has worked with Startup Accelerators (JFDI Asia, muru-D, GnB Accelerator, AirMaker, SG Innovate, Startup Bootcamp) maturing companies (Redmart, Cialfo, DataStremX, Smove), SMEs (CXA, Verticurl, V-Key) and MNCs (Deutsche Bank, AWS, Barclays, AXA).
