Design Thinking Workshop

We DON’T do Design. We don’t do PR & Advertising. We don’t do Marketing. We start before all that happens. What we DO is guide you to generate unique, purposeful, and desirable ideas for the business challenges that you face: in consumer insight gathering, in developing propositions, in optimizing internal processes, in enhancing the customer experience, in creating marketing campaigns, in positioning your brand, in enhancing your working environment. You name it.

This program is catered to lead a company’s team through the Process of Solving Problems from a new perspective and with new tools. Our design thinking workshops not only help you discover new ways to resolve problems but also help in developing an acumen for thinking out-of-the-box.

There are two approaches to reach this subjective:

  • Through Experiential TRAINING: Your team will learn to facilitate Creative Problem Solving sessions
  • Through Experiential WORKSHOPS: Your team will be guided through the Creative Problem Solving Process, and generate their own great ideas.

The training will cover three components that are crucial in Creativity:

  • Learning to facilitate the Design Thinking Process
  • Learning to incorporate a Creative Mindset
  • Learning to use one’s Signature Strengths during the Creative Process

The program might cover one of the following objectives or combination of objectives, depending on the Company’s Goals:

  • Redefinition of the problem – uncover potential value creation
  • Unlock innovative ideas, from new product development, to internal process improvement, to customer service enhancement, to new campaign strategies – unearth hidden desires and unarticulated needs
  • Bring ideas to life in every stage, through definition, vizualisation and prototyping – finding compelling ways to bring your idea across
  • Test if solutions are meeting the needs and desires, and if they are viable, feasible, sustainable, and purposeful – understand how to take the next step in improving the ideas into purposeful solutions
